Easy@Home New FDA Registered Fertility and Ovulation Tracking Home Test Kit
LH
LH stands for Luteinizing Hormone. LH testing can predict ovulation. If the test is positive, ovulation will occur 24-48 hours later. The ideal time to do the LH test is afternoon to early evening.
Pdg
Pdg stands for Pregnanediol Glucuronide. It is the major urine metabolite of Progesterone. Progesterone is a hormone that prepares the body for conception and pregnancy. Levels in the female body are low in the first half of the menstrual cycle, but rise significantly after ovulation. The Easy@Home® Progesterone (PdG) Test Strip measures the presence of PdG in urine. A positive test may confirm that ovulation has occurred. PdG urine testing should be performed each menstrual cycle to "double check" if ovulation has occurred to remove any doubt. It is recommended to test for PdG starting 5 days after your positive LH tests, until you achieve a positive result. PdG testing enables women to double check that they are ovulating before consulting physicians for suspected infertility. This can prevent unnecessary and expensive appointments and testing. Pdg testing is best performed with first of the morning urine.
hCG
Human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced by the placenta after implantation. Urine hCG tests are used to determine pregnancy. Using this kit can help predict ovulation for attempting to get pregnant, can determine if ovulation occurred, and can determine if pregnancy was achieved. You can track your ovulation to see if your cycle is regular without having to see a specialist and pay for expensive testing or procedures.
